Join us for this four day and three night package which has been tailor made for the avid cyclist and wine lover. You’ll be sharing your time with a fantastic group so pack your bags and get ready for a remarkable northern California experience.
We will all meet in San Francisco on the morning of Thursday, September 28th ready to roll. A fully supported and incredibly scenic 80+ km (50+ mile) group ride has been mapped from San Francisco to Tomales Bay. It will be an enjoyable no-drop ride that includes a stop for a breakfast and then picnic lunch. Ride as far as you like after lunch or hop in the van. We will arrive to our hotel in Santa Rosa in the afternoon.
Friday is a free day to explore Santa Rosa and take in the Expo. There will be an optional light afternoon group ride to a local winery for a tasting and a group pasta dinner in the evening.
Saturday is the big day. Breakfast will be served early and a spot will be reserved for the group at the start corral. The feeling at the start line with thousands of others is euphoric.
After riding one of the many distance options and taking in the finish line experience, we will celebrate with a wine pairing dinner.
Sunday provides another opportunity for a light group ride in the morning to flush out the legs. We then shuttle back to SFO airport to catch your afternoon flight.
California Wine Country is a joy to pedal whatever your expectations. Join us next fall for what will be one of your best times on a bike.
